Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Cases of chronic bronchitis (productive cough for 3 or more months in two consecutive years) as per standard diagnostic criteria. 2 Willing to give informed consent and comply with study procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Acute infective exacerbation at the time of enrollment requiring emergency or hospital- based care. 2 Diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchiectasis, emphysema, COPD of non-bronchitic type, or any other major pulmonary pathology. 3 Pregnant or lactating women.

MeasureTime frame
The study will determine changes in COPD assessment test CAT scores after the prescription of the individualized antipsoric homoeopathic medicine which will be useful in the management of chronic bronchitis.Timepoint: Baseline to 6 months

MeasureTime frame
The study will determine whether the quality of life of the patients suffering from chronic bronchitis can be improved by using Individualized Antipsoric Homoeopathic medicine assessed by WHOQOL BREF Questionarre.Timepoint: Baseline to 6 months
