Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects between the age of eighteen to twenty five years who are able to comprehend English will be included in the study. Participants should be physically and psychologically healthy and willing to participate in an eight weeks intervention. Individuals with a body mass index between twenty five to twenty nine point nine one will be eligible. Participants should have no prior training in the relevant intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with any medical conditions such as congenital heart disease, exercise induced asthma, or recent fracture of the lower limb will be excluded. Individuals with neurological conditions such as balance and coordination problems or uncontrolled seizures will also be excluded. Participants with psychiatric conditions including severe depression or substance use disorders that could interfere with participation will not be included. Individuals who are currently participating in regular physical activity or structured training programs will be excluded. Participants with a history of major trauma or injury in the past one year will also be excluded. Additionally, individuals with co morbidities that may preclude exercise testing, such as orthopedic or neurological disease, will not be included in the study.
