Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals between the ages of 19 and 50 years of all genders and religious backgrounds will be eligible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Those experiencing Agnimandya due to an underlying disease. b) Those who diagnosed with gastrointestinal disorders such as ulcers, cancers, chronic liver conditions, kidney failure etc. c) Those with anatomical abnormalities in the gastrointestinal tract. d) Individuals with Medical Conditions Requiring Increased Fluid Intake such as Includes Psychogenic Polydipsia, Diabetes Insipidus, and any condition requiring medically prescribed fluid therapy. e) Those who do intense exercise (e.g. gym workouts, long distance running, sports training) f) Pregnancy and lactation.
