Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Perimenopausal women of age group 42-50 years with Heavy Menstrual bleeding having Pictorial blood loss assessment chart (PBAC) score of 100 or more, History of Heavy menstrual bleeding for past two consecutive cycles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with Hb level less than 8 gm%, Bleeding associated with Oral contraceptive pills and Intra uterine contraceptive devices, Fibroids of size greater than 8 cm , Endometrial thickness greater than or equal to 10.5 mm, Endometrial polyps 8 Uncontrolled and severe systemic illness, bleeding disorders and malignancy.
