Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged between 35 and 60 years. Both male and female participants. Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. For the study group: diagnosed with both obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and diabetes. For the control group: diagnosed with diabetes only. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with complicated diabetes (e.g., advanced diabetic complications such as retinopathy, nephropathy, or severe neuropathy). Presence of musculoskeletal disorders that could affect balance or mobility. Cardiac dysfunction or any significant cardiovascular disease. Any other neurological or systemic conditions that may impair balance
