Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is made to lie in supine position with the affected leg comfortably positioned. 2. Lukewarm Chinchadi Taila (approx. 1500ml) is poured in a stream over the knee joint using a Dhara vessel or vessel with spout. 3. The oil is poured in circular/rhythmic motion for 45 minutes. 4. Oil is collected in a basin below and reused after reheating (if needed). 5. The procedure is followed by wiping the area clean and mild massage. Duration of each session: 45 minutes per knee joint Frequency: Once daily for 7 consecutive days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed cases of Rheumatoid Arthritis, Gout, Septic Arthritis, or other autoimmune disorders. 2. Pregnant or lactating women. 3. Patients currently undergoing corticosteroid injections, or modern OA treatments within the past 1 month.

To evaluate and compare the effect of Janudhara over Januvasti with Chinchadi Taila in the management of Janusandhigata Vata, with special reference to pain, stiffness, and knee joint function. Assessment will be done using Ayurvedic symptom scoring based on classical features of Janusandhigata Vata: Sandhishoola Sandhishotha Akunchana Prasaarana Vedana Atopa Stambha Hanti Gati Each parameter will be graded on a 0 3 scale: 0 Absent, 1 Mild, 2 Moderate, 3 Severe.Timepoint: Baseline (Day 0), After completion of treatment (Day 7), and Follow-up (Day 28).

To assess the effect of Chinchadi Taila Janudhara in Janusandhigata Vata. To assess the effect of Chinchadi Taila Januvasti in Janusandhigata Vata. To compare the therapeutic effectiveness between both groups. To evaluate the sustainability of improvement during follow-up.Timepoint: Baseline (Day 0), After completion of treatment (Day 7), & Follow-up (Day 28).
