Inclusion criteria: Participant satisfying diagnostic criteria of De Quervain s Diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants contra-indicated for agnikarma as per classics Uncontrolled DM Pregnancy and Lactating mother Known cases of having malignant tumors, Osteomyelitis of wrist.
