Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consented individual.Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Hemicrania continua (Ardhavabhedaka ).Patient within the age group ranging from 20 40 years will be taken irrespective of sex

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 20 years and more than 40 years.Chronic debilitating disease with other neurological pathology ,sinusitis.Secondary headache caused by meningitis, tumor, encephalitis, cervical spondylitis and refractive errors
