Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age group between 18 to 25 years overweight or obese according to BMI sedentary to moderately active life style medically and physically fit to undergo exercise training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.systemic disorders 2.history of recent major surgery or hospitalization 3.use of medications influencing body weight 4.engagement in structured exercise or weight loss programmes within last 3 months 5.diagnosed endocrine or metabolic disorders 6.psychiatric conditionsaffecting motivation or compliance
