Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults Aged 25-45 Years, Diagnosed With Delusional Disorder Of Persecutory Type According To DSM 5 Criteria. Patients With BPRS Total Score Between 40-70.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients On Conventional Antipsychotic Treatment Unwilling To Taper. Comorbid Organic Brain Disease, Substance Abuse, Or Severe Intellectual Disability. Patients With Active Suicidal Ideation Or Risk Requiring Emergency Psychiatric Care. BPRS Score More Than 40 As It too mild (borderline or subclinical). BPRS Score More Than 70 As It too severe, needs inpatient/antipsychotic stabilization.
