Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who presented with symptoms such as dysuria urgency frequency and suprapubic tenderness Patient having no serious metabolic ailments. Pus cell more than 10 per hpf with one or more clinical symptoms Willing to participate and provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Complicated UTI Patient with signs of systemic involvement such as fever chills flank pain etc Pregnant and lactating women Pyelonephritis Hypertension Diabetic Patients Anatomical Abnormalities Thyroid dysfunction Renal diseases Renal Calculi Benign Prostate Hyperplasia Catheterized Patients Patients taking antibiotics
