Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Middle aged adult group 45 to 60 years Absent of clinically diagnosed Alzheimer disease Free of comorbid condition Individual who can understand the language of the questionnaire (Hindi language) Middle aged adult both male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe deafness and blindness Previous head injury Individual who unable to provide informed consent Individual with psychiatric disorder Those already diagnosed with dementia
