Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 10 to 19years Must have been playing football for more than 1 year Participated in at least an inter-school football team Practice football at least 3 days a week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Athletes with a history of recent surgery, acute injuries, fractures, or dislocations of the lower limb and spine (within the last 6 months). Athletes diagnosed with any neurological disorders affecting their participation in the study. Individuals with known congenital deformities or conditions that could affect lower limb biomechanics
