Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults patients of SLE who satisfy the ACR 2019 criteria for SLE

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior vaccination with HPV vaccine ,History of cervical cancer

IgG antibodies to HPV by ELISA in patient serumTimepoint: 1 year post 1st dose of vaccination

In the subgroup positive for HPV DNA in cervical secretion at baseline: 1. Paired HPV DNA quantification in cervical secretion at baseline and 1 year 2. Paired pap smear for cervical dysplasia at baseline and 1 years.Timepoint: 1 year post first dose of vaccine
