Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: to monitor symptom severity of oral mucositis on Cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy radiation therapy and combination therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient who are under the age group of 18 years, patients with the comorbidities like HIV/AIDS, MODS, Tuberculosis.and patients who are not willing to participate in study.
