Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 75 patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery with or without cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: . Patient refusal . Re-operative or Redo cardiac surgery . History of Psychiatric illness or baseline cognitive dysfunction . Severe hepatic or renal impairment . known hypersensitivity to palonosetron or pregabalin . Patient with history of seizure disorders .Age less than 18 years
