Intervention1: Perfora Probiotic Mouthwash 0.5 percent: 12 patients who will undergo scaling and root planing will be provided with Probiotic (Perfora) (0.5%) mouth wash.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects with age group of 20 to 40 will be included for the study. A minimum of 20 natural teeth should be present. Subjects with Gingival Index Score of greater than 1 should be present. Subjects with Plaque Index Score of greater than 1 should be present. Subjects with Sulcus Bleeding Index Score of greater than 1 should be present
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects who have undergone oral prophylaxis within six months will be excluded. Smokers and tobacco users. Subjects on any Antibiotic therapy in past three months. Subjects with systemic illness. Patients who are having any history of sensitivity to any mouth wash.
