Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Final year Physiotherapy Students. 2. Students having Therotical knowledge of Suctioning and Bed Transfer Techniques 3. Students should be Medically fit to participate in low-risk simulation and patient-handling practice (e.g., no current musculoskeletal injury limiting safe participation).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Physiotherapy Students from 1st, 2nd and 3rd years 2. Students those are remaining absent on the day of simulation 3. Students should not Participate in another educational research project targeting the same skill during the study window. 4. Students those who have done any certification /course in ICU focused on these techniques
