Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Healthy volunteers regardless of profession 2 Young adults of age 18 to 25 years 3 Both males and females 4 Normal vital signs 5 Voluntarily agree to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Those who have history of recent infections. 2 Females during menstruation and pregnancy 3 Those who are under prolonged medication 4 Those who are using heat therapy, for example, massage and cupping therapy within 24 hours 5 Those who are having diseases that change the body temperature, like hyperthyroidism, and hypothyroidism. 6 Those who are taking stimulants (alcohol, beer, coffee, tobacco) within 24hours 7 Those who are staying up at night or having insomnia before the day of the study 8 Those who are playing sport within 24hours 9 Those who are having anxiety, depression, stress and mentally retarded
