Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 60 years. 2. Diagnosed with anxiety disorder, generalized, panic, social, etc 3. Willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe psychiatric comorbidities, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder. 2.Patients on anti-anxiety allopathic medication. 3.Pregnant or lactating women.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in anxiety severity score measured by HAM-A or BAI from baseline to end of treatment.Timepoint: OUTCOME WILL BE ASSIST AT THE END OF STUDY

1. Proportion of patients achieving clinical recovery or significant improvement. 2. Reduction in psychic and somatic components of anxiety. 3.
