Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ability to comprehend and respond to symptoms rating scale (TNSS) Age groups: between (10-60) years of age. Gender: both male and female included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient on anti-allergic or steroids medication unwilling to discontinue. Diagnosed cases of nasal polyp, deviated nasal septum or chronic sinusitis and other severe co-morbidities associated with it. Cases with irregular follow up of patients
