Inclusion criteria: Age 30 To 85 Years All Genders Patient With Pain More Than 1 Month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient With TB, Cancer and Cauda Equina Syndrome Pregnancy or Lactating Female Patient Undergoing Spinal Surgery
