Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient of Tamak Shwas with avega awastha. 2.Patient eligible for Virechana. 3.Chronicity of the condition upto 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient not eligible for Virechana. 2.Patient with Vega awastha of Tamak Shwas. 3.Patient having bala-ojakshaya. 4.Patients having asadhya lakshana of Tamak Shwas. 5.Severe Systemic Diseases: Conditions like severe diabetes, hypertension, or cancer that could interfere with the evaluation of the primary disease. 6.Known Allergies or Sensitivities: Patients with known allergies to any ingredients in Manibhadra Guda would be excluded. 7.Pregnant and lactating mother. 8.Chronicity of the condition more than 5 years.
