Interventions

Intervention1: McGill core stability exercises along with Scapular stabilization exercises: this exercise intervention is given to experimental group for a duration of 6 weeks (3 sessions in a week).

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with forward head posture having CV angle of less than 50 degrees 2. IT professionals using computers more than 40 hours per week. 3. Individuals having Work experience of more than 2 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with history of any accident (whiplash), vertebral fracture, neck and back surgeries 2. Individuals with severe migraine, any inflammatory pathology, pregnant females, neurological impairment, phycological disorder and tumor 3. spinal deformities such as scoliosis, kyphosis or torticollis, TMJ dysfunction 4. Cervical and spine pathologies like radiculopathy, myelopathy, spondylolisthesis, ankylosing spondylosis etc
