Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primigravidae with gestational age 37-40 weeks 2. 18 till 35 years 3. Having singleton pregnancy with cephalic presentation 4. Spontaneous labour 5. Haemoglobin level more than or equal to 11mg dl 6. Who exhibits signs and symptoms of true labour

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primigravidae pregnant after infertility treatment 2. Having any malpresentations and malposition 3. Augmented labour and Labour induction. 4. Having any condition that needs to expedite delivery or caesarean section (any complications) 5. Who are diagnosed with congenital anomalies. 6. Any High risk cases including Multiple pregnancy, Cephalopelvic Disproportion, Contracted pelvis, Anemia, Mental Disorder & Hypothyroidism.

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effectiveness of STABLE on progress of labour measured using standardized partograph parameters and structured labour progress checklist among primigravidae.Timepoint: 1 Year

2. To assess the effectiveness of STABLE on fatigue measured by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS-F), pain measured by Numerical pain rating scale (NPRS), maternal/Birth companion satisfaction measured by maternal and birth companion checklist and maternal and neonatal outcomes measured by labour outcomes checklist among primigravidae.Timepoint: 1 year
