Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing on-pump coronary artery bypass grafting requiring elective surgery. Documented left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) measurement, categorized as LVEF more than 40 percent LVEF less than 40 percent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency CABG. Presence of cardiogenic shock or hemodynamic instability at the time of surgery.

MeasureTime frame
To analyze the hemodynamic stability (MAP & HR), inotropic support, duration of mechanical ventilation (time of extubation), rate of bleeding for every eight hours interval (on POD- 0 & 1), arterial blood gas values on post operative day 0 and 1. To evaluate the post operative complications, need of re-exploration, ICU stay, and hospital stay. Timepoint: 2 years—
