Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Research participants in the age group of 12 to 60 years who met the diagnostic criteria.Participants who will provide informed consent. According to Open access guide to Audiology and Hearing aids for Otolaryngologist Impaired or absent mobility on Pneumatic otoscopy Type C retraction or Type B perforation of tympanic membrane on Tympanogram A Grade 6 score on the OM scale Indicates a tympanic membrane with chronic perforation and recurrent secretion or pus. These findings confirm a diagnosis of Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants having uncontrolled Diabetes Hypertension and known case of Malignancy. Those who are on steroids for other illness. Who had undergone any previous ear surgery. Pregnant and lactating women. Who are having bloodstained aural discharge Cholesteatoma Mastoiditis Mastoid Fistula.
