Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are willing for study 2.Age- 18-35yr 3.Gender- either male or female 4. Pt with clinical features of panduta , agnimandya, daurbalya,hridayspandan, shwas , pindikovestan According to WHO criteria patients with mild to moderate hemoglobin level. 5.Hemoglobin- Mild to moderate level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known case of mrudbhakshanjanya pandu 2. pregnant lady and lactating women 3. Known case of renal diseases,hepatic disease,TB,HIV, sickle cell anemia, thalessemia,cardiovascular disease atherosclosis, IHD 4. all type of Anemia a except IDA
