Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medial Compartment Osteoarthritis of the Knee joint confirmed with Xrays and Clinically. Normal Lateral compartment. Willingness to participate and comply with follow-up protocols.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Inflammatory arthritis (Rheumatoid arthritis, Psoriatic arthritis, SLE, or other systemic inflammatory arthropathies) Patients with tricompartmental OA Patients with previous Knee Surgery Neuromuscular or systemic disease affecting gait or rehabilitation
