Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient with moderate and severe scoring according to UTI symptom assessment scale i.e., (Greater than 7 and less than or equal to 21) If the score is Greater than 7 and less than or equal to 14 then it is moderate . If the score is Greater than 14 and less than or equal to 21 then it is severe. Patients with Urine culture significant for bacteria (eg. Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Enterococci, Proteus mirabilis, Staphylococci etc.....) or Fungus(candida albicans).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and Lactating women, known complaints of Sexually transmitted disease, known complaints of Malignancy or Radiation therapy, known complaints of Diabetes mellitus, CKD and Kidney Disease

| Reduction in clinical signs and symptoms which can be assessed by UTI Symptom assessment score (UTISA) as follows, If the score is greater than 14 then it is moderate . If the score is less than or equal to 21 then it is severe . If the symptom score becomes less than 7 from severe or moderate score then it is considered as a good improvement. It is assessed by the Urine culture when the bacterial/fungal infection becomes negative after treatment i.e, bacterial count less than 103 cfu in a ml of urine. Timepoint: 45 days | — |
