Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
cells (red blood cells, leukocytes and platelets) present or absent, whether they were scattered or clustered whether shape of cells was appreciated or not fibrin architecture- arrangement was loose or dense, pattern of fibrin arrangement as uniform or haphazard, spacing between fibrin architecture present or not and thicker/ thinner fibrin border area between cells Cell distribution in fibrin structure- demarcation between cells and fibrinTimepoint: Baseline

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
For SEM, fibrin thickness (thick or thin), fibrin structure (organized or disorganized), cellular entrapment of RBC, WBC & platelets (present or absent)Timepoint: baseline
