Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients having the Classical sign & symptoms available in the Ayurvedic classics according to Charak samhita for Gridharasi like Ruka, toda, stambha, Gaurava in the sphika kati, uru, Janu Jangha, and pad. 2)Positive SLR Test (Straight Leg Raise Test) Patient those who have positive SLR Test are include. 3)Positive Bragard s sign

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients not willing to give consent 2)Patients of age group less than 20 and more than 60 years 3)Patient having H/o major surgery of spine in recent 4)Patient having CA of spine, Tuberculosis of spine, Congenital abnormalities in spine, Spinal tumors, Infective disorders of Spine 5)Pregnant and lactating mother 6)Accidental trauma 7)Diabetes mellitus 8)Hypertension 9)Patients having any major Chronic/acute Systemic/ Surgical Pathology
