Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having post operative fistulectomy wound in age group between 18 to 60 years irrespective of gender and socio-economic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having uncontrolled DM and HTN. Secondary fistula in ano due to Crohn s disease, Tuberculosis, Carcinoma of rectum and anal canal, Ulcerative Colitis. Patients suffering with immunocompromised disease like AIDS, Malignancy and Renal failure.
