Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Known type 2 Diabetic patients with urine albumin ranging 30-300mg in spot urine sample. UACR: 30-300 mg HbA1C greaterthan or equalto 8 percentage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other severe complications of DM K/C/O Type I Diabetes K/C/O Hypertension Vulnerable population Anyother systemic illness/infections Use of Nephrotoxic Medications
