Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed hypertensive stage 1 and 2 diabetic patients DM2 Age between 35 and 65 years old On hypertensive medication more than 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of chronic kidney disease History of recent cardiovascular event myocardial infarction less than 6 months History of chronic respiratory diseases Any known stress related disorder Engaged in yoga or other breathing practices
