Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed clinically as uncomplicated GERD. 2) Sedentary lifestyle, less than 150 mins of moderate activity per week. 3)Irregular dietary patterns (meal skipping, junk food intake, erratic timing).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Structural GI disorders (e.g., ulcer, hernia). 2.Patients suffering from Uncontrolled systemic Disorders 3.Chronic medication interfering with digestion. 4.Pregnant or lactating women.
