Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 18 years and above. 2) Radiologically confirmed transverse or transverse with posterior wall acetabular fractures (via X-ray and CT). 3) Surgical management using ORIF performed within 3 weeks of injury. 4) Minimum follow-up duration of 6 months. 5) Availability of complete clinical, operative, and radiological documentation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 18 years. Open fractures or those with extensive soft tissue loss. Pathological fractures (e.g., due to malignancy or metabolic bone disease). Associated pelvic ring injuries requiring independent management. Patients managed non-operatively. Polytrauma patients whose acetabular outcomes could not be independently assessed. Incomplete records or loss to follow-up before 6 months
