Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly Detected Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus participants Participants with FBS value from 126 to 200 mg/dL or PPBS value from 200 to 250 mg/dL or participants with HbA1c greater than 6.4 percentage and less than or equal to 9 percentage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cases of severe systemic illness Pregnant and lactating women Participants on Antihyperglycemic drugs or Steroids or Oral contraceptive pills or Estrogen replacement therapies Participants undergone GI Surgeries or Malignancies Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus or on Insulin Therapy
