Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diabetic foot ulcers with ulcer depth of no less than 0.5cm in depth, and length and breadth between 5-15cm with WAGNER grading 1-4 Normal Leukocyte and Platelet count Patients suffering from Type 1 or 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years Patient with ulcers due to coexisting diseases such as Peripheral Arterial Disease Patients suffering from Leukemias Patients suffering from Autoimmune diseases Patients on chronic immunosuppressant, steroidal drugs or anticoagulants Patients not willing to participate in the study
