Inclusion criteria: 100 healthy individuals without musculoskeletal injury of forearm
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individual with visible congenital and acquired deformities related to upper limb Individual with any Neurological or musculoskeletal conditions affecting the grip Individual having acquired anatomical deformity of forearm Individual having past history of fracture or musculotendinous injury of forearm Individual under go any surgical procedure related to forearm Individual with BMI less than 18.5 and more than 24.9 Individual having forearm skinfold thickness is less than 5.4mm in male and more than 8.44mm in female Professional athletes
