Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female college students aged 18 25 years Regular menstrual cycles with a history of primary dysmenorrhea Willingness to participate and follow the 8-week exercise program Participants attending at least 6 sessions .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed pelvic or gynaecological pathology (e.g., endometriosis, Fibroids) Use of hormonal therapy or pain medication during the study Any musculoskeletal or neurological disorder interfering with exercise
