Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The study is anticipated to demonstrate significant differences in the peripheral blood expression levels of ANRIL, MALAT1, and H19 among systemically healthy individuals, patients with Stage II and III periodontitis, and patients with Stage II and III periodontitis associated with Coronary Artery Disease. A greater alteration in expression patterns may be observed in individuals with concomitant CAD, indicating a possible involvement of these lncRNAs in the common inflammatory mechanisms underlying both periodontal and cardiovascular conditions, and supporting their potential utility as systemic biomarkers.Timepoint: There is no different time points in this study. | — |
