Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age Group: 25 - 70 years Haemoglobin should be greater than 10mg/dL and Hematocrit not below 35% Patients with Chronic Non Healing Ulcers for more than 6 weeks Grade I and II Diabetic Ulcers based on Wagner s Classification and Patients who have undergone Post Debridement Wound Care Non Diabetic Ulcers Wound size less than 40 square cm to be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Haemoglobin less than 10mg/ dL Hematocrit less than 35 percent Platelets less than 1,50,000 Patients on Anticoagulant Therapy, Immunosuppressants, Chemotherapy Abnormal Doppler Waveforms Patients with Associated Osteomyelitis, Skin Malignancies, Cellulitis, Diabetic Ketoacidosis, Pulseless limbs, Exposed Bone and Tendon in Ulcer & Patients with Uncontrolled systemic illness and Multiple Comorbidities - more than two are excluded. Patients who refuse to give informed consent to the Study Wound size greater than 40 square cm to be excluded

Autologous PRP Vs Placental extract gel by comparing the weekly percentage reduction in the surface area of wounds after treatment in both groupsTimepoint: Efficacy of Autologous PRP and placental extract gel will be compared by measuring the weekly percentage reduction in wound surface area in both groups. The assessment will be conducted at baseline and subsequently at the end of the first, second, third, and fourth weeks of treatment.
