Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Only preschools of Cuttack city will be included as a cluster if they give permission to conduct the study 2 Students aged 3 to 5 years as/on their last birthday. 3 Present in school throughout the duration of study. 4 Parents give consent for participation 5 Mothers OR Parents should be able to read and write English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children having any known psychological or systemic diseases or any generalized illness on the day of examination

change in the frequency of consumption of refined carbohydrates, saturated fat and low fiber diet which will be measured using Food Frequency Questionnaire Timepoint: Baseline data collection at 0 week 1st follow up at 6 months 2nd follow up at 12 months
