Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients who presented with the signs & symptoms of Nadi Vrana W.S.R. to Pilonidal Sinus 2.Age Group 18 years to 60 years 3.Gender Both Male & Female included in these clinical trials. 4.Single Sinus track situated at midline of natal cleft. 5.Patients with written Consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged below 18 and above 60 years of age 2.Patients who are sensitive to Xylocaine will be excluded 3.Pilonidal sinus more than 6 cm in length with multiple tract 4.Systemic diseases like Diabetic mellitus, tuberculosis and Malignant condition will be excluded. 5.Patients unfit for Surgical excision and Ksharasutra Ligation
