Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 30-60 years Patients who are diagnosed with chronic renal failure who are undergoing hemodialysis Patients who are medically stable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are having any psychiatric illness will be excluded Severe cognitive impairment patients underwent any surgical procedures Patients with cardio-respiratory conditions are also excluded.

1.functional independence measure 2.Fatigue severity scaleTimepoint: Functional independence will be assessed using the FIM scale before the intervention and and fatigue will be assessed using the fatigue severity scale at the baseline( pre-intervention) and will be reassessed after completion of four weeks of energy conservation techniques combined with adaptive devices
