Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full time students of faculty of medicine and health sciences studying UG, PG and PhD scholars Screened positive for forward head posture (CVA less than 50) Willing to participate on voluntary basis and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cervical spine or lower-limb surgery in the past 1 year. Acute cervical or lower-limb injuries in the last 6 months. Neurological conditions affecting posture or muscle performance. Known musculoskeletal disorders such as cervical spondylosis, radiculopathy, or Achilles tendinopathy. Pregnant women

MeasureTime frame
Craniovertebral Angle(CVA) Neck Flexor Endurance Test(NFET) Cervical Extensor Endurance Test(CEET) Heel Rise Endurance Test(HRET)Timepoint: The total time will be 30-40 minutes. There will be time gap between each test.

MeasureTime frame
Numeric Pain Rating Scale(NPRS) Neck Disability Index(NDI)Timepoint: The approximate time taken for this session will be 15-20 minutes.
