Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing Unilateral Primary Total Knee Arthroplasty under Spinal Anaesthesia. Age between 18 and 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: H/o Psychiatric disorders- Depression and Anxiety Patients on sedatives and other sleep medications H/o Alcohol use and Narcotic consumption H/o previous Hip/Knee Surgeries H/o previous intra-articular injection H/o Deafness B/L TKR requiring GA
