Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: With complaint of excessive bleeding during mentruation either in amount or duration or both and with associated symptoms like katishula adhodarshula and angamarda

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 18 or older than 45 uterine organic pathology like uterine adenomyosis chronic tubo ovarian mass systemic diseases like hypertension and diabetes mellitus congestive cardiac faillure coagulopathies and thyroid dysfunctions iucd in utero and pelvic endometriosis Hb less than 8
