Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Pre diagnosed subjects of primary insomnia falling under DSM IV criteria 2 Subjects belonging to young adult group from 18 to 25years 3 Subjects who are willing to participate in the study and give the voluntary consent 4 Both the sexes of different socio economic status are considered for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Subjects which are known case of secondary insomnia like any psychiatric illness 2 Subjects of any substance abuse drug addiction 3 subjects on any hormonal therapy pregnant women lactating women 4subjects of immune compromised of any systemic illness
